Watch Metropolitan’s new BDCP video

The Bay Delta Conservation Plan seeks to modernize major water systems in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, the source of drinking water for 25 million Californians from Silicon Valley to San Diego and a vital component of the state’s economy.

Work on the BDCP began seven years ago. BDCP draft environmental impact reports were released this month, beginning a 120-day public comment period. Restoring water supply reliability through the BDCP is important to Southern California and the state. Get the facts, stay informed.
