Inland Feeder Online
The Inland Feeder is a high-capacity, 44-mile long water delivery system designed to increase Southern California’s water supply reliability in the face of drought, climate change and emergencies such as a large earthquake, while also minimizing the impact on the fragile Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. The Inland Feeder will provide great operational flexibility by allowing Metropolitan to take advantage of large volumes of water when available and depositing it in Diamond Valley Lake and local groundwater basins for use during dry periods and emergencies.
