Member: Organization and Personnel; Real Property and Asset Management Committee; Business and Finance Committee; Communications and Legislation Committee.

Professional and community activities:
Elected to Inland Empire UtilityAgency’s board of directors in November 2002, representing the city of Fontana and portions of rialto and Bloomington.
The current vice president of IEUA’s board, he chairs the board’s Water Resources Committee and is a member of its Public and legislative Affairs Committee.  He also has been the agency’s representative to the Southern California Water Committee since 2003.
