Business affiliations:

Hall, currently a Compton city councilman, has previously served as a member of the Compton Unified School District board of trustees, including two terms as board president. He has also served as director of Lynwood Employment and Economic Development Center and as senior analyst of classified personnel for the Lynwood Unified School District.

Hall is a member of the ministerial team at Double Rock Missionary Baptist Church of Compton.
