Introduce your business to key staff at Metropolitan.

Metropolitan has introduced more than a thousand vendors to staff, resulting in more than 30 percent of all contracts being awarded to new business. This is a testimony that the process truly is enhanced by the basic components of the program like the vendor introductions.

Metropolitan’s “Vendor Introduction Program” was designed to give vendors open access to key staff members in a one-on-one setting. Small Business Enterprise Certification granted by the Metropolitan Water District or vendor registration is a requirement and must be established prior to submitting an application for a vendor introduction. Applications will be reviewed to ensure the company's qualifications meet Metropolitan’s service needs and requirements. All applicants will receive notification of findings. Approved requests will be scheduled via e-mail with the date, time and name of attending manager.
