The Notice from the Los Angeles Superior Court re: Cargill v. MWD Class Action Lawsuit provides information about a tentative class-wide settlement of the Admin Code claim, a hearing and opportunities to object or opt out. To be eligible to receive a share of the Monetary Relief Fund and/or other relief created by the settlement of the Cargill litigation, the Claim Form must be completed.

The first part of the selection process is an evaluation of training and experience (T&E) by Human Resouces and technical experts through a review of application materials.
