Not only does Metropolitan have a world of diversity in the jobs we have, we can offer you a diversity of work locations as the district covers 5,200 square miles in six Southern Californian counties.

Q. What kind of career growth does Metropolitan offer?
A. Employees can advance as far as they want. We offer numerous training programs that can help as well as a tuition reimbursement program that covers 85 percent of the cost of tuition and other educational expenses at many colleges and universities. Metropolitan also offers a stable work environment. More than 97 percent of the employees who join Metropolitan’s team stay until they retire.
