SERVICE AREA & POPULATION: Cities served - Arcadia, Baldwin Park, Bradbury, Covina, Duarte, El Monte, Glendora, Industry, Irwindale, La Puente, Monrovia, Rosemead, San Gabriel, South El Monte, South Pasadena, Temple City and West Covina. Unincorporated areas served - Avocado Heights, Citrus, Hacienda Heights, Mayflower Village, South San Gabriel, Valinda and West Puente Valley. Portions served by Three Valleys Municipal Water District Population: 900,000 SPECIAL FEATURES OF MEMBER AGENCY The district delivers and spreads supplemental water in the underground water basin underlying the major portion of the valley. The district is also developing a Recycled Water Program to use 10,000 acre-feet of recycled water per year for groundwater recharge.
