What does ethics mean to you?

Metropolitan's Ethics Office has distributed posters throughout the district. The first series focused on your right to remain, honest and fair. Our second series asked that those in the MWD family think of how our business choices might appear to others. The third series focused on Metropolitan's core values: integrity, diversity, teamwork, open communication, leadership and stewardship. These are only some of the ways to express ethics.

Now, it's your turn to tell us: What does ethics mean to you?

An upcoming poster series will feature the thoughts of Metropolitan directors, officers and employees. Individual thoughts on the nature of ethics (edited for space) will be displayed with or without your name—your choice.
