Garry Bryant has more than 20 years of experience in public service and the water industry.

 

He has served on Foothill’s Board of Directors since 2011, chairing its engineering and operations committee and personnel committee. Bryant also serves on the Las Flores Water Company Board of Directors and is the current board secretary.

 

Bryant retired from Metropolitan as a principal project controls specialist in June 2023 after 21 years with the district. Before joining Metropolitan in 2002, Bryant served as the facilities business manager at California State University, Los Angeles. He began his work in public service at the city of Pasadena as an administrative analyst.

 

Bryant has a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
